Dr. Steven Johnson is medical director of both the Multi-Specialty Surgical Practice and Surgical Critical Care at Capital Health. In addition to providing state-of-the-art surgical care to critically ill and injured patients at Capital Health, Dr. Johnson is available to both medical and surgical colleagues alike for immediate consultation on complex or unusual general surgical and trauma cases. Christine Lotto, MD
Dr. Christine Lotto is a board certified, fellowship trained general and vascular surgeon. After receiving her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Lotto completed her general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where she completed a research fellowship in fibrotic diseases, conditions that affect the connective tissues of organs such as aneurysmal diseases (blood vessels), cardiomyopathy (heart) and cystic fibrosis (lungs).

Dr. Ashlee N. Godshalk Ruggles is a board certified, fellowship trained colorectal surgeon with a focus on minimally invasive procedures. After receiving her medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Godshalk Ruggles completed her internship and general surgery residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
