Capital Health is proud to be among the current providers of the COVID-19 vaccination. Vaccines continue to be limited, so please be patient as we work diligently to get vaccines administered.
Active Capital Health Medical Group patients, who meet the State of New Jersey’s eligibility requirements (link below) can now register for their first dose appointment online directly through the healthcare system. Because we are administering the Moderna vaccine, we cannot vaccinate anyone younger than 18. If you are not 18 or older, please look for a site offering the Pfizer vaccine.
Doses continue to be limited so if you don’t see an appointment available, please check back as appointments are added. Also, continue to look at other locations offering vaccinations so that you can take advantage of whatever is first available to you.
In order to facilitate your second dose and streamline your appointment, you must also ensure you are registered in the state’s NJVSS (New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System), at https://covidvaccine.nj.gov, prior to coming for your appointment. Please make note of this website before continuing below as you will not come back to this page after moving to the scheduling system. You will receive your second dose appointment directly from the state system right after receiving your first dose. Please make sure to follow all the steps below.
Confirm you meet NJ eligibility requirements; visit the state’s COVID vaccination site:
Register in the state’s NJVSS system, if you aren’t already, to ensure your second dose is automatically scheduled after receiving dose 1. This will also make your visit with us quicker.
- You must be an active Capital Health Medical Group patient.
- Only patients who also meet the state’s eligibility requirements can receive the vaccine at this time.
- No onsite substitutions are available for appointments and only the person registered can be vaccinated.
- We do not reschedule appointments. Please keep the appointment you selected, and plan to receive your second dose at the time automatically scheduled for you after you receive your first dose.
