Program Overview

Save the date for this unique educational program featuring presentations focused on the medical challenges shared by primary care clinicians in the areas of autoimmunity, concussion, cardiology, family planning, state of health care, cannabis, reducing medical lawsuits, and brain health. More will be announced soon.

Target Audience

The program will benefit physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, residents, and other clinicians in the specialties of primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, and endocrinology.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and received prior to October 31, 2019. Your refund minus a $75 processing fee will be mailed to you after the conference. Registrants who fail to attend the conference are responsible for the entire fee.

In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Capital Health reserves the right to cancel the conference. Capital Health is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
