Program Overview

Capital Health will present its 3rd Annual Primary Care Conference: Gateway to Wellness on November 1-2, 2018 at The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village. This unique educational program will feature presentations focused on the medical challenges shared by primary care clinicians. The keynote address will feature Chef Steven Petusevsky, author and former national director of Creative Food Development for Whole Foods Market, who will explore the relationship between ancient healthful culinary culinary cultures and their modern application in today's lifestyle. This year will also feature guest performer Joey Novick, Esq., an attorney and stand-up comedian who has appeared on MTV, Rascals Comedy Hour, One Life to Live and Comedy Central. He will be performing during the Thursday evening Welcome Reception.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to uniquemtgs@aol.com and received prior to October 18, 2018. Your refund minus a $75 processing fee will be mailed to you after the conference. Registrants who fail to attend the conference are responsible for the entire fee.

In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Capital Health reserves the right to cancel the conference. Capital Health is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
