Dr. Dominick Eboli was named medical director of the Bristol Myers Squibb Trauma Center at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in 2017 after serving as associate director since 2006. He has been an attending surgeon in general surgery, trauma, and surgical critical care at Capital Health since July 2000.
Dr. Eboli received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ)—Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He completed his general surgery internship at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ and general surgery residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ.
Dr. Eboli is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a certified instructor in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers and Disaster Management and Emergency Preparedness. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, and the New Jersey Health Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council.
He is chair of the Department of Surgery, Credentials Committee, and Disaster Oversight Committee at Capital Health, where he also serves on the Nutrition, Trauma Performance Improvement, Trauma Program Operational Process Performance, and Patient Safety committees.
