Daphne Alroy-Thiberge is a licensed clinical social worker and corporate trainer with more than 20 years of experience in multiple aspects of the behavioral health field.
Daphne started her career in neuroscience and psychopharmacology research. Prior to completing her Masters in Clinical Social Work at Rutgers University, Daphne spent seven years working with various organizations as a trainer to optimize competencies and field performance. As a social worker, Daphne has provided psychotherapeutic, program coordination, and training services. She has enjoyed the opportunities to help form and disseminate organization-wide initiatives in trauma informed care and clinical competencies.
Daphne has a special passion for producing measurable positive outcomes for individuals and populations considered treatment-resistant. Her goal is to increase self-determination for the person, with emphasis on the most vulnerable populations.
