We live in a busy world. We are often consumed by schedules and to-do lists that do not make time for self-connection. Mindfulness practices have been shown to reduce stress, improve physical and mental health and brighten our overall outlook on life. Chelsea Hoagland, a licensed clinical social worker from Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, leads this eight-week program where you will learn various mindfulness techniques to manage daily stress, increase your ability to focus on the present and reconnect to you.
An in-office assessment is required before participating in the program. Call 609-689-5725 to schedule your assessment and register with the group (the program is billed to your health insurance).
*This 8-week group meets every Wednesday from November 20, 2019 to January 22, 2020.
*No sessions on December 25, 2019 and January 1, 2020 due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
