Cultivating Calm: Anxiety Skills for Youth Ages 10 – 12

Does your child constantly worry or experience difficulty in social settings, panic attacks or irrational fears? For guidance, join Tatyana Gray, a licensed clinical social worker with Capital Health – Behavioral Health Specialists, to learn how to manage stress and anxiety through a variety of relaxation and coping skills.
