Group therapy provides a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space to help you connect with others who share similar struggles and learn skills to manage your feelings.
Chelsea Hoagland, a licensed clinical social worker from Capital Health leads this eight-week support and psychotherapy group.
As a participant in this group, you will be given the opportunity to process your feelings and learn ways to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression with cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness techniques.
