Can’t get away from your desk, but know you need to stretch? Join us, with Dr. Weston, as we explore the world of Chair Yoga! In this one hour virtual event we will learn about the history, practice, and benefits of yoga as well as discuss how movement can be incorporated throughout the day. Dr. Weston will lead us through 30 minutes of chair yoga to show how we get moving and manage stress no matter where we are seated.
