Your Visit
APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be scheduled by calling during regular office hours. Patients must always bring medications, immunization records, and past medical history. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible attention for the convenience of the patient. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. We have a service who calls to remind you of your appointment two days in advance. Failure to keep an appointment (or to cancel) will result in a NO SHOW fee. Please make sure to bring your ID and insurance cards and medication lists to all appointments.
We realize that situations arise when you are not comfortable waiting until the next day to see a physician. Our goal is to meet your immediate medical needs, outside of regular business hours, in a timely and efficient manner.
You will continue to have access to our "on call" physicians through our main office number of (609)883-5454 as well.
EMERGENCIES
In the event of a life-threatening, medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
