For all check-ups and follow-up visits, we ask that you please schedule an appointment.
Appointments may be scheduled during the following regular office hours:
- Monday / Wednesday / Thursday
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Tuesday
8 a.m. to 7 p.m. - Friday
8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We do not provide walk-in care at Capital Health Primary Care - Hamilton. Care providers are available for same-day and evening appointments at all of our primary care offices, including Primary Care - Hamilton.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel at least two hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a fee of $20 or the amount equal to your co-pay.
