Appointments are available during the following office hours:
Monday / Thursday / Friday
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed noon - 1 p.m. for lunch)
Tuesday / Wednesday
8 a.m. - 7 p.m. (closed 4 - 5 p.m. for lunch)
PLEASE NOTE: Our office closes at 3 p.m. every second Tuesday of the month.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a $20 fee or the amount equal to your co-pay.
