Dr. Remstein is a primary care internal medicine specialist who wears two hats. He is a practicing physician working as our medical director at Capital Health Primary Care – Lower Makefield. In that role, he is helping to establish Capital Health in Pennsylvania and care for many of his former patients who live in and around Lower Bucks County. Dr. Remstein enjoys caring for adults of all ages, but has a keen interest in seniors and helping them remain healthy into their retirement years.
Besides providing direct patient care, he is the vice president for Accountable Care at Capital Health. In that role, he works with our management team and CEO to help develop Capital Health's outpatient network and prepare Capital Health to remain competitive with the changes brought by the Affordable Care Act.
Prior to his current position, Dr. Remstein served as vice president of Medical Affairs at Capital Health. He has been a member of the Capital Health Medical Staff for more than 27 years serving in many voluntary leadership positions. Dr. Remstein is a founding member and current president of the Trenton Health Team, an organization supported by Capital Health to further the development of an urban accountable care organization. His background as a physician practicing in the community, coupled with his successful experience in working with his colleagues on the Capital Health Medical Staff on matters ranging from the clinical to administrative, uniquely qualifies him for his important positions.
Dr. Remstein received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center, PA. He previously served as medical director of Henry J. Austin Health Care Center in Trenton, and was a founding member of Mercer Internal Medicine Associates in Pennington, NJ.

Prior to joining Capital Health, Dr. Abdalla practiced with Mercer Internal Medicine in Pennington, NJ. She is board certified with more than 15 years of medical practice experience, specializing in adult primary care and women's health. She completed her internship and residency at the Warren Hospital Family Practice Residency in Phillipsburg, NJ. She received her Doctorate of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

Dr. Aiello has practiced medicine for more than 30 years in Bucks and Mercer counties. Early in his career, he had a private solo practice in the Lahaska/New Hope area and was an emergency room physician at the former Capital Health - Mercer (Mercer Medical Center) in Trenton, NJ. In addition, he spent more than 30 years as a practicing physician and medical director at Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA.
As an allopathic (western trained) and holistic physician, he is well versed in not only traditional medicine but is comfortable working with homeopathy, acupuncture, hypnosis, nutrients and whole food vitamin supplements, detoxification and many forms of manual medicine. When he is not engaged in the practice of medicine, he can usually be found in his vegetable garden or orchard.
