Appointments may be scheduled by calling during regular office hours. Our hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Wednesday & Thursday
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Patients must always bring medications, immunization records, and past medical history. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible attention for the convenience of the patient. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you must cancel 24 hours prior to an appointment to avoid a fee. Please make sure you bring your insurance card(s) to all appointments.
We realize that situations arise when you are not comfortable waiting until the next day to see a physician. Our goal is to meet your immediate medical needs, outside of regular business hours, in a timely and efficient manner.
We offer walk-in hours Sunday - Friday at our Capital Health Walk-In Primary Care - Bordentown office on Farnsworth Avenue and on Saturdays at our Hamilton Physicians Group office. Our walk-in physicians and nurse practitioners will only see patients in need of immediate medical attention, with no appointments necessary. We ask that all prescription refills, physicals, regular appointment scheduling and referrals be addressed during our regular business hours.
You will continue to have access to our "on call" physicians through our main office number of (609) 298-2005 as well.
In the event of a life-threatening, medical emergency, please call 9-1-1.
A medical emergency is the sudden and unexpected onset of a serious condition. Examples are chest pain, severe shortness of breath, disorientation, severe illness, or loss of consciousness. If you go to the hospital in an emergency situation, you must notify our office at (609) 298-2005 before going so that we can obtain authorization from your insurance company.
