Capital Health Primary Care - Pennington is led by Dr. Jane Flynn Abdalla, Dr. John Harman, Dr. Frances Chang, and Dr. Jennifer Kitchen, board certified physicians who offer preventive medicine, women's medicine, geriatric care, minor surgery, access to the area's finest specialists, virtually everything necessary to meet your primary medical needs.

Jane Flynn Abdalla, DO
Prior to joining Capital Health Primary Care - Pennington, Dr. Jane Flynn Abdalla practiced with Mercer Internal Medicine in Pennington. She is a board certified physician specializing in family practice. She completed her internship and residency at the Warren Hospital Family Practice Residency in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, receiving her Doctorate of Osteopathy degree in 1998. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience in 1994 from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. |

John Harman, MD
Dr. John Harman is a board certified physician specializing in internal medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to his primary care background, Dr. Harman also has a specialty interest in pulmonary disease. |

Frances Y. Chang, MD
Dr. Frances Chang is a board certified physician specializing in geriatric medicine and internal medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ, where she also completed her fellowship training in geriatric medicine. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook. In addition to English, Dr. Chang also speaks fluent Chinese and Mandarin. |
Dr. Jennifer Kitchen Moving to the New Capital Health Primary Care - Mountain View
In February, Dr. Kitchen will be joining Dr. Scott Kolander, Dr. Mark Arcaro, and Dr. Michael Arcaro as part of the new Capital Health Primary Care – Mountain View.
Starting Monday, February 6, she will begin seeing patients at her new office in the Mountain View Office Park, located at 850 Bear Tavern Road, Suite 309 in nearby Ewing, NJ. Her new offices are only a couple miles from Primary Care - Pennington where she will provide the same high quality care in a new, state-of-the-art location.
Her new location also remains close to the advanced testing and services that are now available at the new Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell.
