Capital Health Donates Family & Friends CPR Training DVDs to Mercer County Libraries
Trenton, NJ - (April 5, 2012) - As part of its efforts to educate the public about heart disease, Capital Health has donated copies of the DVD “Family & Friends CPR” and the accompanying books to all libraries in Mercer County, NJ.
The Family & Friends CPR course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only® CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.
The course is designed for members of the community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card.
