My Password and User ID

I do not remember creating a password. How do I log in?

If you enrolled at one of our doctors offices, you should have received a brochure or flyer that contains your account information. If you were not given one, please contact your doctors' office and they will be able to provide you with a password. You can also call our Help Desk (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. ET) at 609.815.7272.

I forgot my password. How do I log in?

Passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure that your Caps Lock is not on.

If you forgot or lost your password, you can reset your password on the login page by clicking on the "Reset Patient Portal Password" link as long as you have set your security questions and remember your login ID. If you lost your ID, you can contact your doctors' office and ask them to supply you with a new user name and password. You can also call our Help Desk (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. ET) at 609.815.7272.

My e-mail address has changed. How do I update my patient portal?

What is your privacy policy?

You can download and save our privacy policy by visiting www.capitalhealth.org/privacy-policy.

Why do I need an e-mail address?

You will receive a secure message notification when you sign up to let you know that your portal is ready to access. This will also be the address that messages are sent to when/if secure messaging becomes part of our patient portals in the future.
