My personal information is not correct. What do I do to update it?

If your personal information is not correct, please contact your doctors’ office if you’re using the doctors’ office portal. Any changes that you submit will not be seen automatically. The staff must make the changes in your electronic medical record first in order for the updates to show in your patient portal.

I recently had tests done. How do I see the test results?

Your test results will not automatically appear in your patient portal. Your doctor will have to see the test results first and then send the results to you through the portal. 

What if I have a question about the health information I am seeing?

Please contact your doctors’ office.

What do I need to do to update my information?

Communicate this information to your doctors’ office. Your doctor or his/her staff will need to make the changes in your electronic medical record first in order for the updates to show in your patient portal.
