Message from the Director

I am very proud of the rehabilitative services that we offer at Capital Health. Every one of our patients is important to us, and we are committed to providing the best rehabilitation possible. Our therapists are highly trained at excellent universities and colleges and we all continue to attend courses and seminars regularly. We strive to stay abreast of the most current developments in our field, and we help to train physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology students from over 20 universities.

In addition, we truly love what we do and I think it shows. For the past five years, our patients have reported a satisfaction rate between 94% - 100% for the quality of our services, as well as the promptness of service and the courtesy of our staff. I hope we can always live up to the acknowledgment I received recently from a patient. After we helped her to get insurance authorization for services, and fit her into the schedule unexpectedly, she thanked me for recognizing the “human side of things.” I took that as a great compliment. The staff and I take great pride in knowing that our work makes a difference to our patients.
