No one discusses the changes to vaginal health after delivering a baby, but we do. Let’s get you back to YOU! Join nurse practitioners Kathie Olson and/or Jamie Kausch from the Capital Health Center for Incontinence and Pelvic Health for an open conversation about:
- Vaginal tissue changes
- Urinary control
- Bowel control
- Sexual health after delivery
One set of vaginal weights will be raffled off at the end of the program!
This class will be taking place virtually using Zoom. A call-in option is available for those without video access. Meeting details will be provided via email 2-3 days before the start of the class.
