Refresher Prepared Childbirth Class

January 31, 2017

An intensive two hours of prepared childbirth for expectant parents who have previously attended prepared childbirth classes and wish to review labor coping skills. Does NOT include maternity tour. Plan to finish class within a month of your due date. Fee is per couple.


Understanding Birth e-Class

February 2, 2017 This is a web-based class for expectant parents who can’t make it to an on-site group prepared childbirth class. Class registration is on a rolling basis, which means you can register and start at any time.

Prepared Childbirth - 4 week series

This series consists of four weekly two-hour classes to prepare the expectant woman and her partner(s) for the birth experience. Fee is per couple.
