Orthopaedic-Trained Magnet Nurses from the Marjorie G. Ernest Joint Replacement Center of Excellence
The total hip replacement class is designed to provide patients with an overview of expectations for hospital stay. Taught by Capital Health's orthopaedic-trained Magnet nurses, this class provides education related to pain management and post operative expectations as it relates to physical therapy. They will also discuss what patients and families can do at home to prepare prior to surgery.
Classes are held in the 4th Floor Conference Room adjacent to the Marjorie G. Ernest Joint Replacement Center of Excellence at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell.
