Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S., yet it is highly preventable and treatable with early intervention. Join Capital Health physicians, a nutritionist and a genetics counselor for a full discussion about the risk factors for colorectal cancer, including family history, prevention tips and the leading treatment options. Program includes a panel discussion and Q&A. Lunch will be provided.
8 am -10:45 am – Endoscopy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, minimally invasive surgery
10:45-11:30 am – Guest speaker: Biomarker analysis and molecular profiling in the treatment of colorectal cancer
