Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Caregivers Support Group
Join us for this support group and discuss the various issues facing caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Caregivers will also receive education and information on resources and interventions that are available throughout the course of care for patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our group is affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association.
Complimentary valet parking is available at the main entrance at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell. Refreshments will be provided.
