 Al Maghazehe,PhD, FACHEPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Maghazehe joined Helene Fuld Medical Center in 1979. During his tenure at HFMC, he held the positions of Assistant Administrator, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. He was named Chief Executive Officer for Capital Health in 1998. Mr. Maghazehe received his Ph.D. in business management from Pacific International University, California, a master's degree in health services administration from Wagner College, New York, and a B.S. from the Institute of Paramedical Sciences. He is a diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Maghazehe is a member and Treasurer of the Economic Development Corporation, a newly formed organization for the revitalization of the City of Trenton, past Chairman of the Board of the Trenton Emergency Medical Services and past President of the American Lung Association. Mr. Maghazehe is a member of the University Health System of New Jersey Board of Directors and Central New Jersey Trauma Network; and serves on the Policy Development Committee of the New Jersey Hospital Association.

Larry DiSanto
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Larry DiSanto is executive vice president in charge of all operations at Capital Health. He was appointed to this position in 1998 following his position as vice president of Clinical Services at Helene Fuld Medical Center (now Capital Health’s Fuld Campus). He served on the management team at Fuld from 1984 through 1997. He joined Fuld in 1984 as director of Personnel, and held increasing positions of authority within the hospital. He has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Rider University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Ronald J. Guy
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guy rejoined the System after holding the position of Chief Financial Officer at CentraState Medical Center. Mr. Guy earned a bachelor's degree and master's degree from Wagner College. His professional experience includes Vice President of Finance for Mountainside Hospital CentraState Medical Center and CFO of Helene Fuld Medical Center.

Robert Remstein, DO
Vice President, Medical Affairs
Dr. Remstein is the Chief Medical Officer. He has been a member of the Capital Health medical staff for more than 20 years serving in many voluntary leadership positions. His background as a physician practicing in the community, coupled with his successful experience in working with his colleagues on the Capital Health medical staff on matters ranging from the clinical to administrative, uniquely qualifies him for this important position. Dr. Remstein is responsible for the System's policies and procedures as they relate to the Capital Health medical staff and their patients, as well as the System's Residency Programs. Dr. Remstein received his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center, PA. He previously served as Medical Director of Henry J. Austin Health Care Center in Trenton, and was a founding member of Mercer Internal Medicine Associates.

J. Scott Clemmensen
Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Clemmensen is responsible for the administration of the human resource function which includes organization development, compensation, benefits, human resources planning and development, employee/labor relations, recruitment, and employee health. He received his undergraduate degree in Communications from the College of New Jersey. He joined the Fuld Campus in 1980 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including director of Human Resources and assistant director of Human Resources. Most recently Mr. Clemmensen held the position of director of Human Resources, Programs and Systems for Capital Health.

Linda Dite
Vice President, Clinical Services
Ms. Dite will oversee the Adult Day Care Center; Cardiology/Cardiac Rehab/Pulmonary; Community Health Education; Corporate Health; Oncology Services; Neuro/Sleep/Vascular/Audiology; Radiology; Rehabilitation Services/Hyperbaric/Wound; Respiratory; and Volunteer Services. Ms. Dite began her career as a pediatric nurse and has worked at Capital Health for 21 years, where she held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Maternal Child Health, where she established the Regional Perinatal Center at Capital Health. In addition, she served as Director of Planning, Regional Cancer Center and Radiation Oncology.
Ms. Dite received a BS degree in Nursing from Adelphi University, NY; a MS degree in the Nursing of Children/Nursing Administration from the University of Pennsylvania; and a MBA from Widener University, PA. In addition to her positions at Capital Health, she served as Assistant Vice President of Patient Care/Chief Nurse Executive at Virtua Memorial Hospital, NJ and Chief Operating and Nursing Officer at Allegheny Woman’s Hospital (Tenet Health System), PA.

Patricia Cavanaugh, RN, MSN
Vice President, Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer
Ms. Cavanaugh is responsibe for nursing services, volunteer services, emergency medical services, escort, adult and pediatric clinics and the emergency department. Ms. Cavanaugh came to Capital Health in 1998 from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. Ms. Cavanaugh holds a B.S.N. from Rutgers College of Nursing and a M.S.N. from Hunter College in New York. Ms. Cavanaugh is the President-elect for the Organization of Nurse Executives.

Gregory N. D'Adamo
Vice President, Support Services
As Vice President of Support Services, Greg's responsibilities include plant engineering, maintenance, environmental services, food & nutrition, materials management, security, laboratory and pharmacy. Greg holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Rutgers University (Camden College of Arts & Sciences) and a master's degree from Temple University in health administration. Before he assumed the role of Assistant Administrator for Helene Fuld Medical Center, Greg worked for St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pa.

Dennis Dooley
Vice President, Planning & Development
Mr. Dooley is responsible for strategic planning for the System as well as program development, physician contracting, practice management, and the Foundation. Mr. Dooley earned a bachelor's degree and a master's in public administration, both from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Dooley joined Helene Fuld Medical Center in 1986 as Director of Marketing.

Jan Gabin
General Counsel
Mr. Gabin served as General Counsel for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and was Assistant Vice President for the Medical Inter-Insurance Exchange. Mr. Gabin earned a B.A. from Dickinson College, his M.A. from Penn State and his J.D. from Temple University School of Law. At Capital Health, Mr. Gabin is responsible for managing the legal affairs for the System.

Nathan Bosk, FACHE
Vice President, Ambulatory Services Division
Mr. Bosk's responsibilities include corporate business and the development and implementation of off-site ambulatory facilities in the primary and secondary service area of Capital Health. Mr. Bosk received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, and his Master of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
He is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years experience including his position as Chief Executive Officer of Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Associate Administrator at Lower Bucks Hospital, and Associate Administrator, Assistant Administrator and Director of Long-Range Planning at Warminster General Hospital, Warminster, PA.

Eugene Grochala
Chief Information Officer
Gene came back to the System from CentraState Medical Center where he was the Chief Information Officer. Prior to that, he was the Director of Information Systems at Helene Fuld Medical Center, and is currently responsible for information systems and telecommunications for Capital Health. Gene holds both a bachelor's degree in accounting and an M.B.A from Rider University.

Eileen M. Horton
Vice President, Strategic Transformation and Associate Chief Nursing Officer
Eileen Horton is responsible for development and implementation of Capital Health’s strategic plan. Prior to this position, she served as Capital Health’s director of Planning. Horton has a Diploma in Nursing from St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing, NY, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Graceland College, IA, and a Masters of Science in Management degree from Thomas Edison State College, NJ. Beginning her career as a maternity nurse, Horton held positions of increasing responsibility including nurse manager of Maternity at Capital Health’s Mercer hospital. Other positions included director of Maternal Child Health and division director of Nursing at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, NJ, chief nursing officer at Tenet City Avenue Hospital, PA , director of Quality & Risk Management at Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, NJ, and director of Maternal-Child Health and Medical-Surgical Nursing at Jersey City Medical Center, NJ.

Stephen Miller, JD
Chief Compliance Officer
Stephen Miller has served as Capital Health's Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer since arriving in December 2001. As Chief Compliance Officer, he oversees a program that promotes system-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to federal healthcare program participation. He also directs Capital Health’s internal audit function.
Prior to joining Capital Health, Miller practiced law with a Harrisburg area firm, where he served as chair of the firm’s Health Care Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Practice Group and as a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Bar for the Federal District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Miller is an author and is a frequent speaker on healthcare compliance topics. He serves as an editorial advisor to the Health Care Compliance Letter, Commercial Clearing House, Inc., and Health Care Auditing Strategies, HcPro, Inc. He has spoken on compliance issues on behalf of numerous organizations, including HcPro, Inc., the Health Care Compliance Association, and the New Jersey Health Care Financial Management Association. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member of the Pennsylvania State University, The College of The Liberal Arts, Abington Campus, where he instructs undergraduate and professional development students on the subject of health care law.

Molly Sullivan
Vice President, Quality and Risk Management and Chief Patient Safety Officer
Ms. Sullivan joined Helene Fuld Medical Center in 1989 as Quality Analyst and has held positions of increasing responsibility in that area including her current position as Vice President. Ms. Sullivan is currently responsible for risk management, case management, and quality outcomes management as well as patient satisfaction, infection control, patient safety and preparation for the Joint Commission survey. Ms. Sullivan graduated from Boston College with a B.S.N. and Rider University with a M.A.
