Vice President, Human Resources
Scott Clemmensen is responsible for the administration of the human resource function which includes organizational development, compensation, benefits, human resources planning and development, employee/labor relations, recruitment, employment and employee health. He received his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey. He joined Capital Health (then Helene Fuld Medical Center) in 1980 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including director of Human Resources and assistant director of Human Resources.
In addition to his role at Capital Health, Clemmensen serves as chairperson of the Mercer County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) Healthcare Committee. He previously served as vice chairperson and has been a member of the committee since 2002.
Clemmensen also serves on the Mercer County Technical Schools General Advisory Committee/Coordinating Council and is a member and past president of the Human Resources Management Association of Princeton.
